We guarantee a lifetime warranty (*) for the quality products from the date of purchase from an authorized dealer.

If you follow these instructions, you will enjoy life for your cookware.

Exceptions to the lifetime warranty:

• Self-inflicted damage such as overheating, dropping, misuse or intentional damage
• When the pots are cleaned with a harmful detergent
• Slight scratches and small defects that do not affect the quality of the pot

If you want to take advantage of the lifetime warranty, you will need the international warranty certificate given there: date of purchase, seller and signature!

(*) Europe has a maximum warranty period of 30 years. The USA, Canada, Australia, South America, Asia and most other countries are not covered by this restriction.
